- More than 90 Days Before Arrival:
- A full refund will be issued, less a $200 per person administration fee.
- Between 45 and 90 Days Before Arrival:
- A 60% refund of the total tour cost will be issued.
- Less than 45 Days Before Arrival:
- No refund will be issued.
Additional Conditions:
- Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date the written notice is received by the company.
- No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or any unused services during the tour.
- In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies, the company will attempt to reschedule or adjust the itinerary, but refunds in such cases will be at the company’s discretion.
