Deposit Payment
- A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking. This deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to make the deposit on time may result in the release of your reservation.
Balance Payment
- The remaining 70% of the tour cost must be paid no later than 45 days before the scheduled arrival date. Failure to make the balance payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit may be forfeited.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard). Please note that credit card payments may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
- All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed upon.
Late Bookings
- For bookings made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or any unused services due to client-related issues during the tour.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), adjustments to the itinerary will be made where possible, but refunds in such cases will be at the company’s discretion.
Travel Insurance
- It is highly recommended that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
Bank Charges
- Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.
